Canton Athletic Booster Club, Inc. (CABC) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that works closely with the CMS/CHS Athletic Director to supplement the needs of all Canton Middle and High School athletic teams.
Booster Club helps the sports teams the way PTO helps the schools. Membership dues and fundraisers pay for equipment, clothing and other things that help our athletes train and compete effectively.

 

In recent years, CABC has given more than $20,000 to fund:

- Floor refinishing, electronic score board and speaker system for the gym
- Wrestling mats and team T-shirts
- Field Hockey goals
- Night Soccer Games under the lights for Homecoming Weekend
- Headsets for football coaches
- Ice Machine
- Field Lining Machine
- Golf Quest
- ImPact concussion testing equipment
- Baseball equipment
- Softball pitching machine and solo throw
- End of season funds for team gatherings
- Canton Little League Sponsor
- CHS drug-free party Sponsor
- And other things that are difficult to squeeze into strained school budgets


What's needed this year? CABC solicits wish lists from all coaches and will be assessing requests with the CMS/CHS Athletic Director. We'd like your input too!

Booster Club's on-going fundraisers are extremely easy to support:

- Shaws Community Rewards Program-- Register your Shaws card online a portion of the sales made on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays each week will go to the Canton Athletic Booster Club. It's easy, follow these easy instructions and sign up now!

1. Go to www.shaws.com and click on the Shaws Cares box.
2. Click on Community Rewards on your left
3. Click on Shoppers login or register with your Rewards Card first
4. Enter your Rewards Card number and the telephone number that you signed up for your Rewards Card with and hit Login.

- Bottle/Can donations at the Town Transfer Station-- Donate your bottles and cans and CABC gets the 5-cent return. It really adds up! The Booster Club trailer is just inside the entrance, so you don't need a Transfer Station sticker.

 

:: Volunteer ::

Help at the night soccer game or high school athletic banquets. Help with our blog, fundraisers or merchandise. Participate on the Booster Club Board of Directors. Our meetings are held in the Community Center the first Monday of each month and are open to all members.
